Process Piping
We fabricate and install carbon and stainless steel process piping following ASME B31.3 standards. We serve a variety of industries from heavy industrial to food, pharmaceutical, and semi-conductor, our skilled pipe welders maintain strict safety and quality controls.
-
Thermal fluid often called ‘hot oil’ piping for closed loop industrial systems. Made from seamless carbon or stainless steel used to carry heated mineral or synthetic oil at low pressure to heat processes, tanks, and equipment.
Hot oil piping offers several advantages over a steam heating system.
Operates at high temperatures with low pressure.
Lower capital costs, lower pressure pipe can utilize thinner wall thickness and standard fittings and valves.
Reduced Maintenance. Hot oil acts as a natural lubricant and is non corrosive to the interior of the system.
We fabricate and install hot oil systems for tank heating, distillation equipment, reboilers, drying units, blenders and waste heat recovery units.

Made from Carbon or Stainless steel, we fabricate and install steam line systems, steam traps, drip legs, expansion joints, valves, and insulation.
Types of Steam Piping:
High Pressure Steam
Used for power generation turbines, heavy industrial processes, and petrochemical facilities
Low Pressure Steam
Used for building space heating, hospitals, and sanitation.
Advantages of Steam:
Better heat transfer.
Cleanliness and sterilization, for use in sanitary and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
No fire risk from leaks.
Smaller piping and lower pumping power required.
-
We fabricate and install Natural Gas lines made from carbon steel for clients when welded pipe is required.
Welded pipe is used for Natural Gas delivery when:
The operating pressure exceeds ½ psig or over 5 psig depending on local codes.
When pipe diameter exceeds 2 ½ inches.
Embedded in concrete floors or interior structural slabs.
Commercial and Industrial transmission.

We offer expert sanitary welding for the food, pharmaceutical, laboratory and semi-conductor industries.
We fabricate and install 304L and 316L pipe and tubing. We utilize a variety of welding techniques depending on application, from TIG, Orbital, or Autogenous.
We often work with ultra-high purity materials, purging with inert gases and specialized equipment.
